Now offering personalized video shoutouts (RB Shoutouts) from Ray Benson himself! Here's how it works:
- Purchase is good for one (1) RB Shoutout video.
- Video will be approximately TWO (2) MINUTES long.
- We will email the address associated with your order within five (5) business days of your purchase with a form for you to fill out.
- Once we receive your completed form, please allow seven (7) additional business days to receive your video via email. You will receive a Dropbox link containing the video, and you MUST download the video within seven (7) days of receiving the email or the video will be deleted.
- Please note that we have sole discretion to determine how to fulfill or decline your request, and though we will follow your request to the best of our abilities, we may not follow it exactly.
TERMS OF SERVICE
- RB Shoutouts videos are licensed, not sold. You are purchasing the right to use it, not the actual video itself.
- You acknowledge and agree that Ray Benson has up to seven (7) days to respond to your request. He has sole discretion to determine how to fulfill or decline your request, and he may not follow your request exactly.
- You acknowledge and agree that there are no refunds.
- Subject to your payment, RB Shoutouts hereby grants you the following limited rights to use the video solely for your own personal, non-commercial, and non-promotional purposes, subject to these Terms: a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide, sublicensable, revocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the video, in any and all media (for example, on social media platforms), whether now known or hereafter invented or devised.
- You may not sell, re-sell, or encumber your rights in any RB Shoutouts video.
- You acknowledge and agree that each RB Shoutouts video is owned by RB Shoutouts.
